Microsoft releases latest version of its enterprise cloud migration tool

Microsoft today released the 6 th version of the Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit 6.0, or MAP for short.

The tool is designed to help organizations move to the cloud, which provides, as its name suggests, the evaluation of the company's current situation and plan ahead.

Part 6.0 of the map that we found to be the most interesting product innovations is the ability to assess its readiness for the Office 365 The course provides a bridge for companies to move to the new Microsoft cloud productivity solution.

Other new features in Microsoft Map 6.0, are as follows: [T] he ability to identify and assess the workload, the size of the infrastructure and resources necessary for both Windows Azure Cloud and Hyper-V run faster, improved inventory VMware, Oracle and pattern discovery and reporting.

Although the MAP 6.0, and is itself a huge step forward in Microsoft's cloud, reflecting the company "all in the mentality of the cloud, 'which had a display strong recent Worldwide Partner Conference. And that is why the integration of Office 365 is perhaps more important than it seems at first: Microsoft to push himself to stretch all the products in the cloud, and the Office 365 is a party to the public to shake the cloud, it must succeed or the company's strategy for the cloud as a whole could be declared a flop, the disastrous consequences of public relations.

Therefore, the MAP 6.0, the company surely hopes that it can encourage greater demand for Office 365, along with more movement of the cloud of corporate clients. If it applies to you, you can get 6.0 MAP here.
